Nadine Coyle has confirmed Girls Aloud will reform for a full UK arena tour next year.
The singer has spoken out following ongoing rumours that the band would reunite in 2012 to mark their 10th anniversary.
''It's time to come back. At the end of the year it would have been ten years and it feels like the right time to regroup. I know everyone's been speculating about what we will do. It will be arena dates at the start of next year and we will have new music to go with it," Coyle told celebrity blogger Dean Piper at Sir Elton John's Oscar party in LA.
"One or two singles I would think. It depends on how well it goes with the tour announcement. If things work well, there's enough demand and we're all in the same head space as a band then who knows what could happen.
"I'm definitely looking forward to seeing the girls. It's been a long time since we've all been in the same room together. But the truth is there's no big problem with me and the girls. I've been living here and not been home much and I have a life here now."
The singer quashes fans' hopes that the 'Sound of the Underground' chart toppers would reform for this summer's London Olympics.
