Snoop Dogg has got into the 4/20 spirit by releasing a teaser clip of his new song 'Stoner's Anthem'.
The track, taken from the upcoming 'Stoner's EP', sees Snoop paying tribute to his favourite past time and is “a little something to smoke to” according to the man himself.
4/20 is a common slang term for marijuana in America and, with today being April 20th, is particularly prevelant. April 20 has evolved into a counterculture holiday, where people gather to celebrate and consume cannabis. Some events have a political nature to them, advocating for the decriminalization of non-medical cannabis in the United States.
Meanwhile, Snoop will return to Coachella this weekend for the second weekend of the festival. Performing alongside Dr Dre he is expected to bring out the Hologram Tupac for another performance.
