Former Gallows frontman Frank Carter has premiered the first single with new band Pure Love. Listen below on Gigwise.

'Bury My Bones' is the first to be heard from the band's debut album, and Carter has been speaking highly of the recording over the past few months.

"Rock might not have been as popular in recent years, but that's definitely going to change because we haven't released our album yet," Carter previously told the NME. "I want to make music that's timeless and classic."

He has also previously spoken of his interest in pop music, saying he is unafraid of making commercial music, now that his hardcore Gallows days are behind him.

'Bury My Bones' certainly seems to confirm a new start for Carter, maintaining elements of his punk background but mixing in radio-friendly melodies. While Gallows were known for courting controversy with their wild shows, it seems that Pure Love have the mainstream in mind with their music.

Following a positive response to the track online, Pure Love tweeted: "Thank you thank you thank you thank you! We really appreciate all the support."

'Bury My Bones' is being given away as a free download from the band's Facebook page. Listen to 'Bury My Bones' below - and let us know what you think.

Pure Love perform at London's Scala on 29 May, 2012. For more information visit Gigwise Gig Tickets.
