A track written by US singer Sia for X Factor star Leona Lewis has leaked online - listen below on Gigwise.
The song, a ballad similar to the ones with which Sia made her name, was written for Leona Lewis much-delayed third album, 'Glassheart', which was due for release in 2011. The album was postponed however when lead single 'Collide' flopped and the singer was caught up in a legal case with Swedish DJ Avicii for sampling one of his tracks without permission.
Now back in the recording studio, Leona Lewis appears to be pursuing the same sound with which she scored early success on albums 'Spirit' and 'Echo'.
The leaked snippet of the Sia demo, 'Blank Page' has Sia singing on the track. When Sia penned the track 'Titanium' for David Guetta, it was originally intended to be performed by US singer, Mary J Blige. However, the French DJ was so impressed with Sia's rendition of the track, that Blige was ditched in favour of the demo vocal.
