Jessie J has said that she is hoping to change her image as she fears people look at her and see a caricature - or a transvestite.
Well known for her poker-straight black hair and loud catsuits, Jessie is one of the most recognisable pop stars around. However, it appears that she is worried about the way she looks, telling Grazia that she thinks she looks 'like a transvestite' in a new interview published this week.
"I started to look like a cartoon character with the fringe and the catsuits," Jessie told the magazine. "I ended up looking like a transvestite.
Adding: "I want to change my hair, change my style. I want to be allowed to grow."
Meanwhile, it was reported yesterday that the BBC will broadcast a junior version of The Voice ahead of its second series, as a lacklustre first season comes to a close on Saturday.
