US pop-rockers Fun. have premiered the video for their new single, 'Some Nights'. Watch it below on Gigwise.
The single is the second to be taken from the band's album of the same name, and follows the enormous international success of their breakthrough hit, 'We Are Young'. The hit track, featuring guest vocals from US singer Janelle Monae, topped the charts in the US and the UK, and the band are hoping to repeat the success with this new release.
A more upbeat track than their current chart success, 'Some Nights' establishes Fun. as one of the bands currently responsible for something of a guitar-pop revival, with fellow US artists such as We The Kings already suggesting the chart success of Fun. and Train are spearheading a revival in guitar pop.
The video is set in the midst of a civil war, with the band's inspirational lyrics empowering soldiers as they march into war.
