Following the success of Daft Punk's work on the soundtrack for 2010 movie 'Tron: Legacy', Thomas Bangalter has scored a new short film starring Lindsay Lohan.

The movie, 'First Point' has been created by artist Richard Phillips and stars the wayward US actress as a surfboarding blonde - with professional surf star Kassia Meador performing the surfing in Lohan's place.

'First Point' marks Daft Punk's fourth foray into the movie world, having released animated movie 'Interstella 5555' in 2003, silent movie 'Electroma' in 2007 and 'Tron: Legacy' in 2010.

Aside from his work with Daft Punk, Thomas Bangalter previously teamed up with fellow dance star DJ Falcon to release the dance classic 'So Much Love To Give' in 2003.
