Liam Gallagher has defended his own personal style, saying he has no time for people with stylists.

The Beady Eye frontman has branched out into the fashion industry in the past few years, opening a number of branches of his Pretty Green stores. Speaking to Shortlist about his own take on style, Gallagher said he favours the 60s "look when lads were buzzin' and defining their style"

Tackled on some of his past looks, Gallagher said boldly: "I'm sure there have been a few mistakes, but overall I'm cool as f**k."

When quizzed about those making a failure in the fashion stakes, Gallagher was typically bold stating that: "Anyone who wears what they are told to wear and not what they want to wear," was doing it wrong.

"You know, the ones who have stylists. If you don't know what you look good in, then I feel sorry for you."

Beady Eye's next big gig will be in Manchester at the end of the month when they support the reformed Stone Roses at Heaton Park.
