US R&B star Chris Brown was left bloodied last night after a fight reportedly broke out in a New York bar with rapper Drake over claims he was sleeping with Rihanna.
The duo, who have both been linked with Rihanna in the past are said to have clashed in the early hours of Thursday morning at New York nightclub, WIP.
US website MediaTakeOut reports that the trouble began when Chris Brown sent a bottle of champagne to Drake's table in a goodwill gesture. Drake was said to have returned the bottle with a note reading '"I'm f**king the love of your life, deal with it."
Brown is said to have lost his temper at this remark, believed to be about Rihanna, and confronted the 'Take Care' rapper. Drake is said to have punched Brown in the face while a member of his entourage attacked him with a bottle. Rapper Meek Mill is said to have been the one who attacked Brown with the bottle - although he later denied this on Twitter.
Chris Brown later posted a photo of the bloody wound on his chin with the message: "Bottles? It's nothing! Lol." He later removed this.
