Katy Perry has revealed the new video from her huge selling 'Teenage Dream' album, the 8th single to be lifted from the record. 

Dubbed as 'the final chapter' of the album, 'Wide Awake' sees a goth-styled Perry wandering around an Alice In Wonderland style setting and punching her Prince Charming in the mouth. 

The 'Wide Awake' video was launched officially this monrning (June 19) after it leaked online late last night. Tweeting about the leak, Perry said: "Welp. Guess the baby came early, ain't she pretty?!"

Perry recently claimed that once this current single is out of the way and the release of her upcoming 3D movie, she will take a long earned break. "I swear, after this song, I''m taking a f**king vacation," Katy revealed on the red carpet at the NARM Awards this weekend.

Speaking from the stage after she won the NARM for Artist of the Year, Perry added: "I have to say that I do a lot to sell my records. I do the right things… I work very hard! I like to sell out in all the best ways."
