Tickets for Glastonbury 2013 were confirmed this morning (June 20) as going onsale in October.
The 2013 event is going to run from Wednesday June 26 to Sunday June 30 and tickets will go onsale at 9am on October 7.
Anyone who wants to buy a ticket will have to register online in advance as usual, as part of Glastonbury’s ongoing effort to eliminate ticket touts. All ticket holders must do this, not just the person buying tickets for a group, as their ticket must be able to have their photo printed on it.
Registration is already open at Glastonburyfestivals.co.uk, and people who registered for previous years can check their registration to make sure they don’t need to do it again.
Organiser Michael Eavis told BBC Radio 1 Newsbeat earlier this year that he has “already sorted” the headliners for Glastonbury 2013, but gave no clues about who they could be.
