Lily Allen has announced her return to music, but claims that recording sessions with producer Greg Kurstin are 'no big deal'.

The singer took to Twitter to announce her return to pop, three years after quitting music for married life and becoming a mum. Now Allen has announced she is working on a follow up to her 2009 release, 'It's Not Me, It's You.'

"You will be pleased to know I am currently in the f**king studio with Greg Kurstin," she tweeted. "No big deal really, I'm just throwing s**t at the wall and seeing if anything sticks."

Her interest in music was said to be sparked after writing tracks for a new Bridget Jones musical.

Gerg Kurstin has also produced the new Pink single, 'Blow Me (One Last Kiss).'
