Reality TV star and heir to a rock and roll legacy, Jack Osbourne, has revealed how he lost his US TV show Adrenalin Junkie after being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.

The son of Ozzy Osbourne this week revealed he was diagnosed with the incurable nerve condition three weeks after the birth of his daughter Pearl earlier this year. He revealed he had been fired from the show on mum Sharon Osbourne's US show, The Talk.

"I had booked a job, right when I got diagnosed, and the company didn’t think I could actually perform the job," he said on the show. "Out of everything, that's what has really ticked me off the most because it’s like, 'Don't tell me what I can and cannot do'.

"At no point did they call me. It was all through agents and lawyers — I was offended by it."

Osbourne previously spoke of his determination to overcome the illness, saying his new motto was 'adapt and overcome'.
