Katy Perry has said that she wants her career to be just like Madonna’s and aims to evolve with each album she releases.
'Piece Of Me; star Perry has said that she wants to evolve the sound of her music with every new album she puts out so she can keep everybody interested, just like Madonna does.
The ‘T.G.I.F.’ singer told Vogue: “I think Madonna, especially in the beginning of her career when she was laying the foundation, was evolving every single time and giving a new visual and a new idea to the public.
“She kept everybody interested because you never knew what she was going to do next, but whatever she delivered was a solid product.”
Katy went on to say: “I just hope to be the same. I hope to continually make people interested and hopefully in 10 years look back and have written songs that have become timeless.”
Her new concert film ‘Part of Me 3D’ will be in cinemas from July 5.
