Lily Allen took a further step out of pop retirement yesterday, joining Professor Green onstage during his Stone Roses support slot.
The singer, who recently revealed she was back in the studio with producer Greg Kurstin, joined Pro Green for their 2010 collaboration 'Just Be Good To Green' with Lily joking on Twitter about her singing abilities.
"No @professorgreen wasnt swinging a cat around on stage @HEATONPARK that was me trying to sing. loved it , thanks manchester x x x" Lily Tweeted.
Professor Green also Tweeted about his support slot, saying: "Oi oi!!!! You were cold as a dead body and I f*cking won you over you b*stards!!! Love you manny!!!!" Later adding: "I f*cking love a challenge Manchester, Stone Roses crowd that was the bollox!!!!"
The Stone Roses headlined the second night of their Heaton Park stay last night and will return for a third and final gig tonight (July 1).
