Details have been announced about Billy Talent’s fifth album, including the band naming an album something other than 'Billy Talent'.
The record is to be named ‘Dead Silence’ which will make it the first non-self-titled album from the band and is due for release on 7 September in North America, with a later release in the rest of the world.
‘Dead Silence’ was produced by Billy Talent’s own guitarist Ian D’Sa and was recorded in three different studios across Canada.
Frontmen Ben Kowalewicz said: “This record has been a really amazing experience all the way through. We haven’t put any pressure on ourselves, nor have we set any unnecessary restrictions or boundaries.”
Billy Talent also announced a one-off London gig at XOYO, which will take place on August 16. For more information, visit Gigwise Gig Tickets.
