The Spice Girls are said to be '95% confirmed for this year's Olympic closing ceremony in London, according to tabloid reports.
The five-piece, who recently reunited in London to launch their new musical Viva Forever, are said to be 95% certain for a show to perform at the closing ceremony of London 2012.
The Mirror newspaper claims that the lady-band will perform two tracks - including their debut No.1, 'Wannabe'.
The girlband have previously expressed interest in a reunion for the event but nothing has so far been officially confirmed.
Even Posh Spice herself, Victoria Beckham is willing to slip into her trademark little black dress for the event, recently admitting: "I would love nothing more. It would be great.
"I don’t know about a comeback tour but I loved being back with the girls. If they’re up for something, then I certainly am."
Liam Gallagher has been confirmed to perform a new version of Oasis classic 'Wonderwall' at the ceremony, after brother Noel declined the offer.
