Black Eyed Peas are set to sue their former manager for fraud, after the loss of millions from their earnings.

Will.i.am, Taboo and apl.de.ap have all filed a lawsuit against former manager Sean M. Larkin but fourth member Fergie has her own business manager and so isn’t involved.

They have accused Larkin of “fraud and deceit,” saying that he failed to file income taxes for the band and their companies between 2002 and 2009. This allegedly cost them $3.2 million.

In 2009, the band apparently discovered Larkin’s error and fired him, paying off their taxes. However, according to the lawsuit, Larkin promised to file the delinquent returns and cover the costs – but he has not done this.

He also has not provided the band with the financial records they need to complete returns for their touring company.

The band's hit 'I Gotta Feeling' was recently revealed to be the most popular song to play at a wedding reception.
