Animal Collective have played their new single 'Today's Supernatural' for the first time ever - and you can hear it now on Gigwise.
The track, a somewhat more aggressive and direct approach than the critically acclaimed act normall go for, is the first single taken from new album 'Centipede Hz', due for release in September.
'Today's Supernatural' was played by AC member Panda Bear on Animal Collective Radio overnight. Animal Collective's radio show is streamed online with each member of the group (Panda Bear, Avey Tare, Deakin, and Geologist) hosting an episode, along with guest DJs.
Centipede Hz' is the follow up to 2009's 'Merriweather Post Pavillion' and will be released on September 3rd via Domino. Check out 'Today's Supernatural' below the album tracklisting.
