Courtney Love has told Lana Del Rey that the Nirvana song she covered in Sydney, Australia last week is actually about her vagina.

As reported on Gigwise, Del Rey performed a dramatic version of 'Heart Shaped Box' by Nirvana whilst in Australia last week.

Having heard the cover version, Courtney Love took to Twitter and addressed Lana directly, asking: "You do know the song is about my Vagina right? 'Throw down your umbilical noose so I can climb right back' umm."

Love continued in her own inimitible Twitter style, rambling: "Some of the lyrics about my vagina, I contributed." and: "So, umm, next time you sing it, think about my vagina, will you? lol xc."

Meanwhile, it was recently confirmed that Lana will repackage her 'Born To Die' album in time for the holiday season in a new version titled the 'Paradise Edition'. Tracks such as 'Body Electric', which Lana has been performing at her summer festivals shows, and A$ap Rocky colllaboration 'Ridin' are widely tipped to make the new collection.

It is expected that the re-release will comprise of the original album plus the new tracks on a bonus EP - similar to Lady Gaga's The Fame Monster release.
