Good quality footage of The xx performing new song 'Swept Away' in Los Angeles last month has been revealed online. Watch the video below.
The song features a much more prominent display of the London trio's interest in bass music and dance culture, leading some to suspect that forthcoming album 'Coexist' may have a more dance floor friendly feel.
'Coexist' is released on September 10th with the band releasing first single 'Angels' last month.
Meanwhile The xx will play at London's Shepherds Bush Empire on September 10th, the same day 'Coexist' is released.
They will then head to Wales for a gig at the Cardiff Coal Exchange on September 11 and then Scotland to play Edinburgh Usher Hall on the 12th.
