Eminem's manager Paul Rosenberg has denied the rapper's appearance on Lady Gaga's upcoming ARTPOP album, claiming quotes from the star were fake.

It was previously reported that Eminem had recorded a track with Lady Gaga and Kendrick Lamar, but this now appears to have been a false report.

Rosenberg spoke on Twitter to deny the collaboration, saying: "People don't hear from Marshall for a spell and they just start making stuff up. Thirsty world."

Eminem was quoted as saying the track was 'a real upbeat record' in an interview with MTV Rapfix.

Lady Gaga recently revealed the name of her third album, and shared a photo of herself naked in a swimming pool with boyfriend Taylor Kinney.
