New X Factor judge Nicole Scherzinger has reportedly roped in UK rapper Tinie Tempah to aid her on this year's show at the judge's houses stage.
Scherzinger is this year's panel newcomer, after a season on the 2011 US version of the show. She is rumoured to be mentoring the boys category - which has previously produced winners such as Shayne Ward, Leon Jackson, Joe McElderry and Matt Cardle - so she quite the legacy to live up to.
"Nicole has the boys and, while she prides herself on being able to spot male talent, she knows having a bloke at her side will help," an ITV source tells The Sun newspaper.
"Bosses have come up with several options but Tinie is the one she is keen on, so hopefully he will be free."
This year's show has been littered with guest stars, after the likes of Geri Halliwell and Rita Ora joined the panel as guest judges.
