The Olympic Games came to a spectacular, and at times baffling, close in London last night with the much talked about Symphony of British Music show.

Taking in a history of British music across three hours, the show featured performances from iconic rock bands such as Queen, Muse, The Who, Elbow, Oasis and One Direction as well as solo performances from Emeli Sande, Jessie J, Annie Lennox, Liam Gallagher, Ray Davies and George Michael.

Meanwhile, Liam Gallagher celebrated his performance by partying with The Spice Girls. See that amazing picture here.
