Lady Gaga was forced to quit the stage during a show in Bucharest and throw up in the wings.
The singer, who wore a meat dress, similar to the one she was wearing at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards, told the audience about her vomiting when she returned to the stage.
"I went backstage and vomited, and I did not want you to see this... It happens to me sometimes," she told her Little Monsters at the show.
She continued the show, and even invited a young fan and his mother onto the stage.
Lady Gaga has spoken of her stage vomiting previously, and revealed that her show in Tokyo in May was the first on her Born This Way ball tour where she had not been sick during the performance.
"Yes Tokyo! Tonight was the first BtwBall that I didn't puke during show. (yes its that hard) (sic)," she Tweeted, before adding: "Tonight was happiness, joy, gratitude. I'm the lucky one Japan. You are so special."
Lady Gaga previously caused controversy when she suggested she was starving herself ahead of her current tour, but later revealed she was in fact on a special diet in preparation.
