Noel Gallagher has said that he'd still be a roadie if Oasis hadn't taken off, and that if he was still doing it, he'd be 'the best dressed roadie in the history of music'.
The High Flying Birds singer who recently turned down a spot at the Olympic closing ceremony told The Sun he was convinced he'd be touring with bands, as he dd with Inspiral Carpets, if his music career had not panned out as it did.
"I would have been out there now, probably in an ill-fitting black T-shirt with a tattoo and some scruffy Converse trainers. Because that is what they all wear."
The 'Wonderwall' snger went on to discuss his sartorial choices: "But I was maybe the best-dressed roadie in the history of music. I used to wear white jeans and never got them dirty. I was too quick for the dirt."
Gallagher recently compared Mo Farah's success at the Olympics to the story of Oasis, saying the athletes Olympic success is similar to Oasis' at the peak of their popularity.
