Kasabian have revealed that they want to work with Jack White after they headlined the Reading and Leeds festivals this past weekend.

The band, who covered the likes of Fatboy Slim and The Beatles during the headline sets, revealed that the former White Stripes singer is the top of their collaboration wish list for their next album.

Speaking to the Daily Star, Serge Pizzorno of the 'Velociraptor!' band said: We like to do our own thing most of the time but there’s one person I can see me working with and that’s Jack White.

“I respect Jack, and in some way, shape or form we’d love to kick around in the studio with him.”

Tom Meighan of Kasabian revealed over the weekend that headlining Reading and Leeds is his band's 'biggest honour'.
