Returning US ska-rockers No Doubt are streaming a sampler of new album Push And Shove online. Listen below.

The band are back in 2012 in a big way, having already won over the critics with brilliant comeback single 'Settle Down', and have now shared snippets of the rest of their new ten-track release.

The album is perhaps more of a pop record than fans may have been expecting - or that the single hinted at, showing that the band are doing more than rehashing their earlier sound. Many of the tracks have more in common with Gwen Stefani's solo album than the frantic sound of classic No Doubt tracks such as 'Ex Girlfriend' and 'Spiderwebs'. A reggae lilt can be heard on tracks such as 'Sparkle', but the album sees the band delve headfirst into a new, electronic sound.

Speaking of her decision to shelve her solo career and return to the band, Gwen Stefani recently told New York magazine: "That whole period when I got to do records, to me it was indulging my theatrical side, songs that were never really meant to be taken seriously, just for fun."

"It was just a project I did that was very inspired, and it kind of got a little out of control, really," Stefani added. "But there's no place like home, we're so comfortable together, we understand each other."

Push And Shove is released on 25 September. Listen to the sampler below.
