Rihanna will reportedly unveil a brand new single on Monday (Sept 17) ahead of the release of a new album in November.
The prolific popstar's plans were revealed in a Tweet from her French record label, Def Jam France, earlier today (Sept 12) informing fans that the new single will receive its worldwide premiere next week on national radio.
Def Jam France's Tweet was echoed by another post from popular French radio DJ Ben Galouye who revealed the album release month too: "@Rihanna will premiere a new single on monday (morning in the US). First track of her forthcoming album, due for release in late november."
If this information all proves correct the November release will be Rihanna's seventh album in as many years and follows the 2011 release of 'Talk That Talk', the album which brought us 'We Found Love' and 'Where Have You Been'.
Rihanna hit the headlines this week when images of her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown emerged showing him with a neck tattoo which appeared to show the face of a beaten woman. Brown has since explained the tattoo, stating categorically that the woman in the image is not Rihanna.
Rihana herself has recently had another tattoo on her body, adding an Egyptian tattoo on her chest to the 17 other tattoos she had done previously.
