Melanie C, the Spice Girl better known as Sporty used to physically fight one another in their heyday.
The fights and rows were mainly between Sporty and Scary (and why aren't we surprised?).
Mel C tells Heat magazine: "Me and Melanie B used to get a bit pushy-shovey but we're talking years ago. We've had some humdinger rows and some raised voices, but I don't think anything's ever been thrown - no injuries inflicted on each other - only mental scars!"
Sporty also shared her thoughts on Mel B's recent X Factor judging slot,"She was probably more blunt than I would have the courage to be - but the great thing about Melanie is that she doesn't care what people say or what people think."
The Spice Girls recently played this year's Olympic Closing Ceremonies, and Mel B has also recently bared her breasts for a Janet Jackson tribute breast cancer campaign.
