My Chemical Romance have confirmed the release schedule for their 'Conventional Weapons' album, with new single 'Boy Division' released first.
As confirmed yesterday (Sept 17), My Chemical Romance will release an albums worth of material take from sessions they recorded and subsequently scrapped in 2009. Conventional Weapons was recorded by the band following the huge success of their 'Black Parade' album. However, after deciding that the album was not right for the band at that time, they shelved the songs and recorded 2010 album 'Danger Days' instead.
The US band will release a song called 'Boy Division' on October 30th. The single will be backed by a track titled 'Tomorrow's Money'.
Further releases in 2012 include 'AMBULANCE' in November and 'The World Is Ugly' in December. The 'Conventional Weapons' releases will continue through to February 2013 with two songs released at a time until all ten have been put out into the world.
