More about: Gary Barlow
Gary Barlow is planning a performance with the Military Wives and Andrew Lloyd Webber of his No.1 single 'Sing' at this year's Classical Brit Awards.
The performance of the No.1 single will take place at the awards ceremony, which takes place in October. The song was written for the Queen's Jubilee celebrations earlier this year, and originally featured the occasionally naked royal, Prince Harry. There is no word on whether he will join Barlow, Webber and The Wives on stage.
"The Classic Brits is something I’ve never done before, so I’m very excited to be a part of it," Barlow tells The Metro newspaper. "It’ll be nice to get everyone back together for a performance of 'Sing' as we’ve only ever performed it once together live."
Gary Barlow has bounced back from family heartbreak in August of this year when his fourth daughter Poppy was born stillborn. He has since performed at the closing ceremony of the London 2012 Olympics and is gearing up to return to live TV for the X Factor finals when they are screened later this year.
