Just days after it was revealed that Ed Sheeran is the artist whose music is shared illegally the most in the UK, figures from around the world have also been shared.
It turns out that 'Take Care' rapper Drake is number one amongst illegal downloaders in the USA whilst his 'Mercy' hip-hop rival Kanye West is big in Canada.
Elsewhere, amongst figures for Brazil, Australia and India, it emerges that downloaders in the Philippines like to pirate music by Maroon 5.
USA topped the poll for number of illegal downloads by a considerable margin too, with over 95m files shared illegally in the first six months of 2012. UK came in second with 43m.

Ed Sheeran's BRIT Award winning album '+' has been proved to be the most popular album to download among illegal piraters in the UK, with around 55,000 copies per month being stolen.
The amazing statistics come from a new study revealed by MusicMetric, with Lana Del Rey, Adele and Emeli Sande also proving popular amongst torrent users in the UK.
According to the statistics, UK music fans were responsible for 43,263,582 illegal downloads in the first six months of 2012 alone. Ed Sheeran proved the most popular artist with Rizzle Kicks and Rihanna closely following him.
The numbers, deduced from a company named MusicMetric monitoring the activity on BitTorrent, a popular illegal download site, showed that Manchester is the city downloading the most illegal material with Nottingham and Southampton also figuring highly.
