Lady Gaga is facing legal action from her former personal assistant who claims she is owed £250k in unpaid overtime from the 'Born This Way' star.

The PA, Jennifer O'Neill, claims that she was so integral to Gaga's life that she would only leave her side so that she could have her photograph taken. In fact, O'Neill wants to use unpublished photographs of Gaga taken by Terry Richardson to prove this fact.

However, GaGa has refused permission for the photos to be used in court, saying that they are "private and personal". O'Neill, however, has told the Manhattan Federal Court that GaGa's exhibitionist side renders her right to privacy as invalid.

According to The Sun, O'Neill's court papers claim that: "[Lady Gaga exposes] herself in all manner of bizarre and intimate ways for the world to see every day."

As well as O'Neill's belief that: "I was frequently at Ms Germanotta's side, often ready with coffee and/or water, from dusk to dawn. I was glued to Ms Germanotta to such an extent that at one point I was asked to step back so that I would not be in the way during photoshoots."

Lady Gaga has hit the headlines in recent weeks after appearing to gain weight, with some people speculating that she may be pregnant. Gaga, however, revealed that she was just eating lots of pasta and questioned why people care about body image so much.
