X Factor judge Tulisa continues to spill her most intimate details, revealing that she regrets sleeping with so many men so early in her life.
The revelation comes as the singer releases her first autobiography, which discusses intimate details of her upbringing, her rise to fame and the infamous sex-tape that threatened to derail her career earlier in 2012. In a new tabloid serialisation of the memoir, Tulisa reveals her regrets of sleeping with a number of men in her teen years.
"I had too many boys too soon. I regret losing my innocence so early," she reveals in extracts printed this week in The Sun newspaper. "I can still count on my fingers and toes the number of guys I've slept with. A good percentage of those encounters happened between the ages of 14 and 17 and that felt like a lot, even at the time.
She also adds that despite her tough attitude, still held traditional views on love and romance.
"Despite my street-girl persona, I was totally into the idea of fairytale romance. I wore my heart on my sleeve and I was ready to give my all if I thought I was going to get love in return," she adds. "Of course, it wasn’t the right way to go about things, because any attention and affection I got from those men was usually only temporary, but it took me a while to learn that lesson."
In previous extracts, Tulisa thanked Skins actor Jack O'Connell for his support during the sex-tape scandal.
She also recently defended single 'Live It Up', her second solo single, which missed the Top Ten when it was released earlier in September.
