Jessie J has admitted that she made the makers of The Voice change their filming schedule so she could complete her UK arena tour next year.
The 'Domino' star is set to embark on a huge UK arena tour in 2013, precisely around the time she is meant to be spinning around on her Voice chair and pretending to like him from The Script.
Revealing how she got things changed so she can have her cake and eat it, Jessie told Alan Carr on the set of his Chattyman TV show that: “My tour dates and the dates of The Voice clashed, so I said: ‘I need to prioritise my tour and my fans,’”
Adding: “I was really gutted so I called the head of the BBC and said ‘Can we talk about this? I don’t feel right.’”
“I didn’t want to miss out, so I sat with them and we looked at the dates and we jigged things around and I was then able to do it,” she continued.
