Ella Henderson, the early favourite to win this year's X Factor, has said that she is finding the whole experience 'crazy'.
16-year-old Ella has impressed judges and viewers alike with both her original songs as well as a cover of Cher's 'Believe'. This weekend saw her progress from the Judges Houses stage to the Live shows after performing for mentor Tulisa and Tinie Tempah.
Speaking to The Sun about the praise she has received so far, Ella said: "Hearing those comments is crazy – I feel like they aren’t talking about me. It’s a very surreal feeling but exciting, too. I’ve got a constant grin on my face.
“I will be nervous before the live show but I don’t feel pressured. I’m just excited to think I’m still so young and I’m going to be able to keep pushing myself.
Adding: “I’m bound to go wrong at some point like everyone else – I’m not perfect. I’m going to be me and give the most honest performances I can.”
She added: “I’ve had words with Tulisa about keeping my feet on the ground and I know I can go to her at any point if I feel it’s all getting too much.”
Meanwhile, Rylan Clarke, who will face off against Ella in the live shows, has revealed how he's received death threats online since appearing on the X Factor this year.
