Christina Aguilera recently released her comeback single 'Your Body' in the US last week. The single peaked at No.34 but has now slipped to No.64 on the US Billboard Hot 100.

The single is released here in the UK November 4th and she will be hoping it performs better on these shores. She faced stiff competition from a trio of female stars however, who released their new tracks last week. Taylor Swift entered the US Top Ten with her new track 'Red' while Ke$ha's comeback 'Die Young' was new at No.13. Rihanna's new single 'Diamonds' landed at No.16.

'Your Body' was intended to relaunch Aguilera's career after the flop of her 2012 album, Bionic. 2012 hasn't exactly been an easy ride for the singer, after she was branded 'a b*tch' by boyband The Wanted, who spoke of receiving a frosty reception from the star when they met in the US.

"She was a total b***h," The Wanted's Tom Parker told New York City's 92.3 NOW radio station during an interview.

Tom went onto say "She might not be a b***h in real life, but to us she was a b***h. She just sat there and just didn't speak to us."
