Oxford-based indie-rock band Foals have announced a November and December UK tour, ahead of their forthcoming currently untitled new album.
The five-piece have been away from UK live shows for a while and the 11 dates across the country will be sure to feature new material. Lead singer Yannis Philippakis tweeted this morning “super excited to be getting into some dank & dirty sweatbox shows. Gonna be killer.”
Details about Foals new record have been kept under wraps as the band try and follow up their Mercury Prize nominated second album ‘Total Life Forever.’
The band will hit the road on November 28th kicking things off with a gig at the Queens Social Club in Sheffield and ending at the Tunbridge Wells Forum on December 11th. Tickets are on sale Friday 12 October, 2012. For more information visit Gigwise Gig Tickets.
