Pete Doherty is in a bizarre dispute with French rail company SNCF over the theft of a trolley from one of their trains.

In a blog post on his website, Doherty said that he needed to borrow a car to go see Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, as he is currently unable to use the trains in France.

Amidst some nonsensical rambling, Doherty wrote: "People who have a car? they can lend me? I want to see Noel Gallaghers last european show with the high flying birds……..tonight in Toulouse…

"My mate is with me and is fully licensed-up etc…. If you can lend me a car, I’m in Paris(nr Metro VilliersRome)."

He then posted a contact phone number before going on to explain: "The train is out of the question.
"I am currently in discussion with SNCF regarding my accountability for a missing trolley-load of staff uniforms (gaberdine wool mind you), cold meats, cutlery."

Scottish fans were recently upset over the cancelled Glasgow gigs

Last month, Doherty pulled out of two shows in Scotland - one at Inverness' Ironworks and one at Glasgow's O2 ABC venue - due to "unforeseen circumstances". This is the second gig he has cancelled in Glasgow in a row, leading to upset from fans.

Doherty also announced a show at London's Nambucca venue to take place on October 24. This will be one of his first solo appearances in the UK since he entered rehab this year.
