Following the official announcement of the Rolling Stones' comeback concerts, Keith Richards suggests that the band may also play Glastonbury next year.
Richards insisted that this is just the start for the Rolling Stones, dismissing rumours that the four shows in London and New York could be all that fans get.
He told BBC 6 Music's Matt Everitt: "On a good day, if the weather's fine, [Glastonbury] is an interesting proposition.
"The band wants to get these four gigs under their belt and then think about next year after that."
This isn't the first time that the the suggestion has been made, as it was previously reported that Glastonbury organiser Michael Eavis is already in talks with the band to headline the festival.
A source told The Sun last week: "Michael Eavis is desperate to get the band confirmed and has made initial contact with their people.
The Rolling Stones have surprisingly never played Glastonbury before, so it would be a first for the legendary rockers.

When asked about a possible future tour, Richards added: "Anything is possible. This band isn't going to wind up with four shows."
The shows are the first live gigs since the band's 2007 tour, and are marking the 50th anniversary of the Rolling Stones - who are reportedly getting paid £16m for the gigs.
When questioned on this, Richards said: "I'm a bit out of the loop with showbiz.
"Numbers can get greatly exaggerated … [but] £16m sounds about right to us."
We wouldn't say no to a paycheck like that, either!
