Soundgarden are set to perform a one-off gig at London's Shepherds Bush Empire - 18 years after they became the first band ever to play the west London venue. The band will perform at the venue on 9 November, 2012.
Tickets for the show go on sale on 26 October, 2012 at 10am and are sure to be snapped by fans almost immediately, keen to see the band in such a small venue.
The show will also include the first ever UK performances of new songs from the band, who will be showcasing new material from their new album, King Animal. The record is the band's first in over 15 years and is due for release on 12 November.
Fans who pre-order the album will be automatically entered into an exclusive pre-sale for Shepherds Bush tickets. This offer runs between 10am, 24 October 2012 and 9:59am, 26 October 2012.

Soundgarden have already premiered extracts of two songs from the King Animal album, single 'Been Away Too Long' and album track, 'By Crooked Steps'. The album was recorded in Seattle with longtime friend and producer Adam Kasper, who has also worked with grunge legends Foo Fighters, Nirvana and Pearl Jam.
