Canadian star Drake has finally received his high school diploma after returning to education earlier this year.
The 25-year-old dropped out of high school when he was just one credit short of graduating at the age of 15. He instead decided to pursue a role on the Canadian teen drama series 'Degrassi: The Next Generation.'
Drake appeared in over 130 episodes and ironically in 2009 his character actually graduated from Degrassi and he left the show. It was then that Aubrey Drake Graham (as he should be known) embarked upon a music career and never went actually graduated from High School...until yesterday!
The Rihanna collaborator took to twitter yesterday (October 17) to share his good news, explaining; "97% on my final exam. 88% in the course. One of the greatest feelings in my entire life. As of tonight I have graduated high school!

The clearly proud rapper added "Thank you to my teacher Kim Janzen for spending the last 5 months working tirelessly with me!! OVO SOUND."
