The Prodigy will play two gigs in December to mark the 15th Anniversary reissue of 'Fat Of The Land', Jaguar Skills has revealed.
The dance DJ Skills tweeted earlier today "Big news!! So excited to announce that I will be supporting The Prodigy on December 18th!! HOOOoooOOOoooo!!!!" The tweet was accompanied by a picture (see below) which show details of the back-to-back nights at Brixton Academy.
The Prodigy promised they would make a return in 2012 with new album 'How to Steal A Jet Fighter' - but the new album is yet to materialise but the news of live shows is sure to please fans. Speaking about the follow-up to their 2009 studio album 'Invaders Must Die, Liam Howlett has said
"All the dubstep stuff that's around, we're loving it, but that's not our game. We won't go near it. We've always had respect for the masters who do their game, those boys who do that sound [dubstep], that's what they do. We know what we do, and when any Prodigy record hits it'll still feel fresh."

The band have promised they will: 'Finish 2012 in style with a mega line up of beats, bass n noise', telling fans that they are 'coming home' for the gigs.
Tickets are set to go on sale soon. Visit Gigwise Gig Tickets for more information.
