Proving you don't need to make a noise to get yourself heard, the indie-folk scene has seen huge success in recent years with bands such as Bon Iver, Fleet Foxes and Mumford & Sons all enjoying huge sales with music that favours subtlety over shaking the rooftops.
Fitting perfectly into this world are LA newcomers Milo Greene, who are hotly tipped for huge success with their stunning harmonies and laid back sounds. The band release their debut single 'What's The Matter' on 19 November - and have today premiered the video exclusively on Gigwise. Check it out below.
After enjoying support slots in the US with Grouplove and The Civil Wars, British tastemakers including Huw Stephens, Mary-Anne Hobbs and Janice Long are now championing the band for wider success.
The five-piece hail from Los Angeles, naming themselves after the fictional concert promoter they invented when self-promoting their various musical projects during the early days of their career. Needless to say, they no longer need to invent characters to promote their music these days...
Watch 'What's The Matter' below. The single is released 19 November with their self-titled album due for release on January 2013.
