Noel Gallagher has insisted that an Oasis reunion will not happen, because he's just not interested in 'that kind of thing'.
In an interview with The AV Club, they mentioned the recent reunions of acts such as Blur and The Stone Roses, and asked Noel if the current trend meant that there could be an Oasis reunion in the works.
However, the High Flying Birds frontman is still adamant that it's not going to happen. He replied saying, "I know it’s a thing these days. And I know from experience now that the one way of stopping people from just asking about f**king reunions is to actually do it. And then people stop asking.
"But I'm afraid I won’t be getting involved in any of that. There’s no need for me. I'm not interested in that kind of a thing."
Oasis: We are never, ever, ever getting back together. Like, ever
He went on to point out that it's only been three years since Oasis broke up, saying, "Honest to God, it was about six weeks after I left people were saying, "Do you think you'll ever get back together?"” I was like, "I haven't even made a f**king record!"
"It’s like, f**k me! It cost me about a half a million f**king dollars to get out of that band, and then people were saying, "When are you going back on tour?" I was like, "What the f**k?"
