The group have had to add another date at London's O2 Arena due to such high demand from fans. The new gig is on 3 March 2013, and will follow their previously announced gigs at the venue on 1 and 2 March.
The girls wrote on their official twitter: "Wow, you guys are amazing. We’ve had to add a third London date. Cannot wait to get out on the road."
Girls Aloud kick off their 2013 tour on 21 February at Newcastle's Metro Arena, covering 14 live dates in total. They close the tour on 20 March 2012 at Liverpool's Echo Arena. The five stars, Cheryl, Nadine Coyle, Nicola Roberts, Sarah Harding and Kimberley Walsh have reunited for the tour - and new hits album, Ten - after various solo success in a variety of professions.
Speaking at their press conference on 19 October, Nadine Coyle revealed that audiences in the capital were the toughest - due to the number of big name stars that perform in London.
"London's a notoriously difficult crowd," she told press. "They get all the best shows so when we would roll up to do a show, they'd be like: 'oh whatever we just saw Beyonce last night, we don't care about you.'"
Girls Aloud live in 2008 - they return in 2013
Girls Aloud return to the pop world on 19 October with their new single 'Something New', their first release since their 2009 hit, 'Untouchable'. The track has been met with huge praise from fans - but YouTube figures show that rival girl group Little Mix have picked up more views on their new video, 'DNA', which was premiered on the same day.
