Cee Lo Green is being investigated on allegations of sexual battery towards a woman in Los Angeles.
According to TMZ, a woman recently filed a police report with the LAPD accusing the singer of sexual assault, which has led police to visit a restaurant in downtown LA - although it is not yet known if that is where the incident took place.
The website claims that police questioned employees, including the manager, although most details are unknown - including the name of the alleged victim, when and where the incident allegedly occurred and what Cee Lo allegedly did.
Cee Lo told TMZ that he has not done anything wrong, claiming that he hasn't visited the restaurant in three months and that "nothing ever happened there or anywhere else."
TMZ also reported that a source close to Cee Lo told them, "I have never seen Cee Lo act in a physical way toward anybody."
No charges have yet been filed.

It was reported earlier this year that Cee Lo was arrested in 2001 for apparently threatening his former wife, and smashing the windows of their car.
He spent two days in jail on charges of disorderly conduct, and was on probation for a year.
