Kiss are expected to headline the second stage at next year's Download Festival.
Heavy rock website, Metal Talk, claim that the event at Donington Park next June will see Gene Simmons and co take to the festival's second stage on the opening night.
The article states: "Kiss are understood to be headlining the second stage at Download Festival on the Friday June 14th."
The set would put the glam-rockers up against main stage headliners, Slipknot, after organisers confirmed the heavy metal giants would top Friday's bill last month.
Kiss last played Download in 2008, when they headlined the mainstage on the festival's opening night.

They released their 24th studio album Monster earlier this year, from which they have already released the single 'Hell or Hallelujah.
Metal Talk went on to claim that the Download show is likely to be part of the on-going 'Monster tour', and will be their only UK performance next year.
"They have already confirmed appearances in Scandinavia from June 1st to 11th including the Sweden Rock Festival.
"The Donington show would be their only UK concert in 2013 as part of the European Tour promoting their new album Monster."
As well as the announcement of Slipknot, Download organisers have confirmed the main stage will be headlined by Iron Maiden on Saturday, and Rammstein on Sunday.
Next year's festival will run from Friday 14th June to Sunday 16th June. Tickets are priced at £205 and include entry from Wednesday 12th June.
