Lady Gaga fans have showed their support for their idol after the Madonna criticisms - by burning a Madonna shirt. Watch the video below.
The YouTube video, titled Brazilians Little Monsters Burning Madonna's T-Shirt, has 24 dislikes to only 4 dislikes and shows a group of Lady Gaga fans attempting to set a Madonna shirt on fire.
The comments seem mostly disapproving of the video, with a Lady Gaga fan commenting sarcastically, "So happy they listened to the Born This Way message."
Madonna fans also commented on the video, writing, "how pathetic? Too bad Madonna is still selling out latin america a lot better then Lady G."
Madonna and Lady Gaga have an ongoing rivalry, after Madonna originally accused Lady Gaga of copying her.
And just a few days ago, Madonna hit out at Lady Gaga on stage - and at her fans. The 'Express Yourself' singer said that her own fans are the best in the world - and criticised Gaga for refusing her invite to join her on stage.
Madonna made the comments about her rival and her fanbase during a live show in St.Paul, Minnesota, telling her audience: "I have the best fans in the whole world. So take that, Lady Gaga!
"You know, I invited her on stage to sing with me. But, she turned me down. It's okay. I've been rejected before, it builds a little character."
Madonna did conceded that Gaga had a 'good voice' while on Ellen.
Madonna has criticised Gaga heavily in 2012 for the similarities between her track 'Born This Way' and Madonna's own hit 'Express Yourself'.
When asked previously about similarities between the tracks, Madonna said: "I thought, 'What a wonderful way to redo my song'. I mean, I recognised the chord changes. I thought it was... interesting."
And during an Atlantic City performance in September of this year, Madonna once again implied that Gaga was imitating her.
"I love her. I love her. I do love her. Imitation is the highest form of flattery," Madonna told her fans.
